My name is Caroline Stephens, I live in Exeter and I have worked in personal development for the past 17 years as a support worker and trainer and I am a qualified Health Coach

My Story

Health and wellbeing has always been important to me however, after finding out a few years ago that my own blood sugar was out of balance, it became increasingly more important at this stage of my life, to make sure that I implemented strategies to look after my own health. This took me on a journey which eventually resulted in my qualifying as a Health Coach.

I discovered that blood sugar balancing is a key element to losing weight and keeping it off and combined with other health strategies leads to long term wellbeing.

​

My passion is to support people of all ages, and particularly those in their 40's and 50's to stop health conditions from taking hold and allowing them to take back control of their health.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be a miserable detachment from tasty food. There are plenty of very tasty and nutritious meals you can prepare, which are vibrant, colourful and balanced. The trick is knowing which foods to avoid and which foods are super and helpful to our bodies based on glycemic load and combinations which lead to balanced intake of nutrients​

But its not all about food

Take Care of Yourself

When and how we sleep. How we properly calm down before going to bed. Our intake of mild stimulants. Regular exercise and a mindful approach all play a part in Health and Wellbeing !
